811 Before You Dig.

Call 811 or 800-292-8525 and answer a few simple questions to have underground utilities marked.

Anyone planning to dig, drill or blast is required, by law, to call Alabama One Call two working days before beginning work. Alabama One Call will notify Cullman-Jefferson Counties Gas District and any other member utilities to locate their underground pipes, wires, or cables.  Knowing where underground are located will protect you and others from harm, prevent damages and interruption of services.

The call to Alabama One Call is FREE but repair to utilities can be quite costly.

It's not only smart, it's the law!
